About the Implementation Toolkit
Developed to support New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) certified and/or funded chemical dependence service programs implementation of OASAS Part 856 Tobacco-Free Services Regulation, the Toolkit contains free downloadable resources for Administrators and Clinicians to use to integrate tobacco education, treatment, and policies in chemical dependence prevention and treatment programs.
For the Administrator

The products contained in the Implementation Toolkit were created by the Tobacco Interventions Project of the Professional Development Program, Rockefeller College, University at Albany under a contract with the New York State Department of Health Tobacco Control Program.
